Complaints Procedure

  1. The buyer is obliged to revise delivered goods without undue delay for any possible defects within 3 working days and if possible fill damage report with the driver.

  2. Notice about defects has to be made within 3 working days(via email). In said notice there has to be what kind of defect is occurring, number of the invoice where the goods are from(FVMS), IDs of these products and photos of damaged goods.
     

  3. Seller assumes no liability for damages resulting from functional properties and damage resulting from improper use of products as well as damage caused by mishandling. At the origin of this defect is not covered by warranty
