Shipping costs are always included in your invoice, unless the goods are to be collected in person.

Smaller quantities of goods are sent in packages via a carrier available in your country (GLS, TNT, Fedex).

The maximum weight of a package is 30 kg; maximum dimensions are 59 x 39 x 37 cm. To give you an idea, approximately 60 standard perfume bottles fit into one package.

Carriers collect consignments every day. The average delivery time within the EU is 3 - 5 working days.

If an invoice is issued in a currency other than those stated in the price list, the shipping cost is converted according to the current exchange rate.

The total costs are calculated according to the actual number of packages/pallets.

Larger quantities of goods are shipped on pallets. The shipping costs listed are the best we are able to offer. You may of course arrange your own transport.

The packaging of goods is governed by a SoleLuna spol. s.r.o internal regulation.

As soon as the goods have been packed, we issue you with a proforma invoice including shipping costs. We require that all our customers pay in advance.

Please pay the exact sum to our bank account (see the overview below). Do not forget to state the variable symbol. Your payment will not be identified without the right variable symbol.

If you do not want to pay by bank transfer, you may pay cash on delivery (COD). When paying cash on delivery an additional COD fee is charged at the rate of 2% of the total sum invoiced, including shipping costs. COD payments are only possible for deliveries to CZ, SK or PL.
