Terms and conditions

1. Registration

To be our wholesale customer it is neccesary to send us the following details:
- Company name
- name of the contact person, email, phone
- company address
- delivery address
- VAT number

2. Purchase

By sending an order the Buyer confirms that he/she read these Terms and Conditions and agrees with them. All orders received through the wholesale-perfumes.eu are final and binding.
IN CASE THAT YOU WANT TO CANCEL THE ORDER / INVOICE (OR THE PART OF THE ORDER) PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL CHARGE YOU 200,- € CANCELLATION FEE.

When you send an order you can add additional items (every additional order has to have 500,- € minimum and has to be made by the customer via the online system) during the next 10 days. After that, we close and invoice all outstanding orders. Your order will be collected within 1 working day and it will be ready for transport. The order will be dispatched after we receive the due payment to our account.

The Seller does not guarantee the Consumer's compliance with the obligations arising from European Parliament Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009. Under the law, these obligations are transferred to the Buyer that offers, sells and supplies the Goods to end Consumers. A consumer is an individual who, when concluding and performing a contract, does not act in the capacity of his or her commercial or other business activity or in the independent exercise of a profession.

The testers are not sold for personal consumption. The purpose of this type of product is to show and present the scent before being purchased in perfumeries.

3. Delivery

All deliveries take approx. 3-4 working days all over EU. Delivery costs are calculated when the order is collected and must be paid together with the order. Everybody who claims buying goods without VAT is obliged to fulfil duty of VAT law. First of all every Buyer is obliged to transport all goods to mentioned delivery address out of Czech republic immediately. In case of any delivery change during the transportation the Buyer has to inform us.

4. Complaint

Shipment is insured. If you see something abnormal (damaged film, hole in the box etc.), you have to make the complaint with the driver. You HAVE TO FILL IN DAMAGE REPORT with the driver. Take the photos as well. If you don’t do this, the amount (for stolen items) will not be refunded. Damage report to download here.
